Turnaround times and delivery
T’a Milano guarantees the processing of orders of T’a Milano products within 3 working days of receipt of the online purchase and of Cioccolato Gourmet products within 5 working days. During periods of high seasonality the timeframe may be longer. As soon as the order is completed by our packaging department, you will receive an automatic email from T’a Milano stating that the order has been completed and is awaiting pick-up by the courier. When the courier collects the products ordered, they will send you another email containing the shipment tracking number. The timetables of the couriers are not set by T’a Milano; therefore, from the moment of collection, actual delivery of the order may vary, also based on the destination. T’a Milano normally uses the courier DHL Express; however, in hotter weather, we will use the temperature-controlled transportation of Stef, to ensure customers enjoy an optimal product experience. Orders comprising multiple products with different turnaround times will be managed together based on the longest turnaround time. T’a Milano shall not be held responsible for damages or consequences resulting from any failure to observe the turnaround times of an order. Shipping costs
With standard, adequate temperatures, T’a Milano will make shipments in Italy using the courier DHL Express, totally free of charge for orders of €45 and over (including VAT). Shipping costs for orders of a lower value are as follows: €10 for orders under €14, €6 for orders under €24, €5 for orders under €34, €4 for orders under €45. In hotter weather, we will use the temperature-controlled transportation of Stef, to ensure customers enjoy an optimal product experience. In this case, shipping is free of charge for orders of €59 and over (including VAT). Shipping costs for orders of a lower value are as follows: €25 for orders under €14, €22 for orders under €24, €20 for orders under €34, €18 for orders under €44, €12 for orders under €59.
